City Manager Ryan Heiland presented an annual review of the 2026-30 Airport CIP that was approved and submitted to the Missouri Department of Transportation. He said the projects within this plan are financed by non-primary entitlement funds.

Bunkers at Mozingo Lake Recreation Park’s golf course have undergone renovations since the fall, but the Maryville City Council allocated more funds toward the project and added on another part of the plan at its meeting Monday.

Mosaic Medical Center-Maryville is expected to open its comprehensive women’s health clinic by April.

When looking at short-term rental options on popular travel sites such as Airbnb and Vrbo, around 60 options are shown in Maryville. However, City Manager Ryan Heiland said only 21 are registered.

At the Maryville Planning and Zoning Commission’s 6-1 recommendation, the Maryville City Council voted unanimously against a special-use permit that would make a townhome into a short-term rental property Monday evening.
