Into the Gray's members are each stellar musicians and performers with killer resumes and years of musical experience. But this Kansas City band is even greater than the sum of its talented parts. With legendary Kansas City drummer Kent Burnham, Alabama's melodic bassman Jeff Turk, Iowa Rock & Roll Hall of Fame's guitarist Skinny Webb, and powerhouse vocalist Jessica Gray, this band has been captivating audiences since their formation in 2019. Their two albums, Revelation and Little Bird, blend Latin, blues, Reggae, and rock music into their own unique, genre-defying sound.Into the Gray's audiences have described their performances and music as  creative, visionary, passionate, and one of the best bands in KC. Their songs are both original and familiar, soulful and rockin', and bursting with unique musicality and incomparable vocals.

The Nodaway County Historical Society will be hosting author Lance Dorrel on Saturday, March 14^th at 1pm.

Dorrel is a well-known name in Nodaway County, and this talk will be an opportunity to learn about the impressive research skills behind the man. Dorrel is a historian and ethnographer who has spent the last 20 years researching the Battle of Little Bighorn, and his recent book The History They Tell shows us how to understand this battle through the oral histories of the Native American people who fought in it.

The NCHS Museum is located at 1^st and Walnut Streets in Maryville, and this program is free and open to the public.

KXCV-KRNW will be hosting a 5K VIRTUAL Run/Walk to support local public radio.

• Run or Walk 5K anytime between April 11-25, clock your time, send a selfie and a photo of your results
• Registration is $25 and $20 for Northwest students
• Participants receive a long sleeve cotton T-shirt
• When registering, use address associated with credit card
• To get your race package with shirt BEFORE the race, register by April 1
• Send results, selfies or videos to HSTAGGS@nwmissouri.edu and tag KXCV on social media
• You can run or walk 3.1 miles anywhere you choose.  Bearcat Trail
