Maryville City Council to consider development, water infrastructure at Monday meeting

Maryville's City Council will meet at 5:30 p.m. Monday with development proposals, public safety agreements and water infrastructure among the items on its agenda.

Council members are scheduled to consider a lot line adjustment for the Tranquility Court Patio Homes development, a mutual aid agreement with Evergy for the use of a specialized fire suppression trailer and proposed updates to regulations at Mozingo Park.

The council also will receive the annual Parks and Recreation report and discuss replacement of membranes at the city's water treatment plant, along with updates on the city's water usage and system capacity.

The meeting will be held in the Public Safety Meeting Room at 101 North Vine Street and is open to the public.
