Mosaic Life Care has announced the addition of three new pharmacies, including a specialty pharmacy and two same-day and retail pharmacy locations, aimed at improving patient access to medications and care.
According to Mosaic, the new pharmacies are designed to reduce wait times, support patients managing both short- and long-term health needs, and improve coordination between patients and their healthcare providers.
Rob Ritchey, president of pharmacy services at Mosaic Life Care, said expanding local pharmacy access is a key priority for the health system.
βHaving pharmacists to be able to meet people where they're at and keep care local is one of our pivotal goals,β Ritchey said.
The specialty pharmacy opened Monday. The same-day and retail pharmacies are scheduled to open July 13.
Mosaic officials said the expansion will help provide more convenient and coordinated care for patients throughout the region.
