  • Maryville High School girls basketball continues to grind through a difficult non-conference schedule after a 57-44 loss to Van Buren (AR) Wednesday night. The Spoofhounds trailed in the first half, but used an 8-0 run to tie it up. Then climbed back in the game in the third quarter after getting down by double-digits, but couldn't complete the comeback.
  • Maryville High School boys basketball is off to a 7-0 start for the first time since the 2009-10 season. The Spoofhounds won their final game before entering the Christmas break Tuesday night. Maryville trailed by seven entering the fourth quarter, but allowed just seven points to the Eagles in the final eight minutes of the game en route to a 48-45 victory.
