This week's In the Trenches with Northwest Head Football Coach Rich Wright welcomes breakout wide receiver Luke Mathews.
Mathews, a Liberty, MO native, is among the MIAA leaders in receptions (22), receiving yards (430) and receiving yards per game (85.8), and hauled in the go-ahead touchdown last week against Emporia State in the fourth quarter. He's also a communications major at Northwest Missouri State University.
