The Northwest Missouri State spring season kicks into gear this weekend, while the winter season heads toward the stretch run.

Bearcat baseball and softball open their respective schedules on the road.

Bearcat softball will be in Arkadelphia, AR for the Hawkins-McGhee Memorial Tournament hosted by Henderson State and Ouachita Baptist. Head coach Naomi Tellez is joined by seniors Abby Nolte and Breck Dickey on the program as they seek their first MIAA Tournament appearance since 2018.

The tennis season begins Sunday when Northwest Missouri State faces Missouri-St. Louis in St. Joseph. Head coach Mark Rosewell and student-athletes Andrea Zamurri and Sofia Pignataro are guests on the Coaches Show this week.

Nine conference games remain in the basketball regular season. Northwest hosts Nebraska Kearney and Fort Hays Thursday and Saturday, respectively. Wes Dreamer and Emma Atwood round out the program discussing the joint successes of the basketball teams.
