The Allied Arts Council and the City of St. Joseph are reminding residents that the deadline to nominate individuals and organizations for the 2026 Mayor’s Awards for the Arts is approaching.
Nominations will be accepted through 11:59 p.m. Monday, July 6.
The annual awards recognize artists, educators, volunteers, organizations and community leaders who have made significant contributions to strengthening the local arts community.
Award categories include Artist of the Year, Arts Educator, Youth Artist, Organizational Achievement, Individual Leadership and Outstanding Volunteer.
The awards ceremony is scheduled for July 30 at the Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art.
Nomination forms and additional information are available through the Allied Arts Council.
