The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) has awarded Capital Paving & Construction, LLC the contract to replace the bridge deck on the Route N bridge over Interstate 35 near Eagleville. To complete the work, crews will remove the bridge deck, requiring overnight closures of I-35 beneath the bridge beginning Monday, Aug. 26.
Traffic Impacts:
- Interstate 35: Both northbound and southbound lanes of I-35 under the Route N bridge will be closed nightly from Aug. 26 through Sept. 5. Closures will take place on weeknights from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. During this time, traffic will be rerouted using the on- and off-ramps at Route N (Exit 106).
- Route N: The bridge itself will remain closed to all traffic from Aug. 25 through Dec. 1, 2025. Drivers will not be able to cross over I-35 at this location and will need to use alternate routes. Access between Route N and I-35 will also be unavailable while interstate closures are in effect.
