Nebraska lawmakers are considering a bill that would maintain current income qualification levels for families in the state who need child care.

The city of Maryville has long boasted three newspapers: the campus newspaper of Northwest Missouri State University; The Maryville Forum – which has covered city issues (under different names and ownership) since 1869; and The Nodaway News Leader, a weekly serving readers county-wide.

The new rule caps loans for grad students in what the Department of Education considers "non-professional fields," which includes nursing.
