Missouri schools will be required to outline prohibited antisemitic behavior in their codes of conduct.

The new legislation would prohibit antisemitic and discriminatory speech in schools. But the Supreme Court has already ruled that if discriminatory or hate speech causes disruption in a classroom, schools can regulate it.

This final passage came after the Senate expanded the protections from just antisemitism to include all hate speech and discrimination.
