Four members of Northwest Missouri State football were named to the D2CCA All-Super Region 4 team. Clayton Power headlined the group as the lone first-team selection.
Power, a senior defensive lineman from Stilwell, KS, terrorized offenses this season racking up 40 tackles, 10 tackles for loss, seven and a half sacks, two interceptions and a forced fumble.
Linebacker Carter Edwards was a second team pick after pacing the Bearcats with 85 tackles and four forced fumbles. He also racked up 13 tackles for loss, six sacks and two interceptions.
On the offensive side, center Wes Merriman and left tackle Kaleb McCullough earned second team honors. Merriman and McCullough anchored an offensive line that produced a league-best 243.1 rush yards per game while scoring 33.4 points on average during MIAA contests.
Northwest tied for the second-most Super Region 4 picks with four.
Harding led the way with nine selections, including six first-team honorees.
