After an 8-1 regular season, Maryville High School football earned the chance to take a deep breath and get healthy as the postseason begin around the state.
The Spoofhounds are the No. 2 seed in the Class 3, District 8 playoffs and have a bye week Friday, October 30. They await the winner of No. 3 Richmond and No. 6 Cameron.
Head coach Matt Webb spoke with us about Maryville's growth throughout the season, the challenge presented by MSHSAA dropping St. Pius X from Class 5 down to Class 3 this season, and how the players come together for team meals this weekend.
