Maryville High School girls golf put together a solid week with a win over Savannah and the Chillicothe Invitational title. Now the team is setting its sights on the final stretch of the fall season.
The Spoofhounds will play at Duncan Hills Golf Course in Savannah Monday for the MEC Tournament, then host its annual Pink Out meet Thursday at Mozingo. For the Pink Out, the team will host its annual "Fill the Cart" event collecting donations for the oncology unit and its patients at Mosaic Medical Center — Maryville.
Head coach Brenda Ricks spoke with us about the team's success on the course and the opportunity to give back to the community through the "Fill the Cart."
