Maryville cross country opened the season Tuesday at the Northwest Missouri 2-Miler, jointly hosted by MHS and North Platte in St. Joseph. Both Spoofhound teams put together good showings with the boys winning the team title, and the girls finishing third.
Head coach Rodney Bade joined us to discuss the opening meet results, the opportunities approaching with large meets ahead including at Raymore-Peculiar and Gans Creek. Spoofhound cross country is also hosting its annual Poker Run fundraiser Saturday, September 6.
