Maryville R-II's assistant superintendent Philip Pohren joins us for the March edition of Spoofhound Spotlight on KXCV-KRNW.
Pohren has assumed more responsibility around the school district after superintendent Dr. Logan Lightfoot was placed on leave earlier in the month, and it was later announced that he would resign from the district effective June 30.
This month's show highlights the change in leadership for the district, state and local issues affecting Maryville like open enrollment and cuts to the department of education. Pohren also sheds some light on great things happening around Maryville R-II including an upcoming trip to nationals for the robotics team.
