As athletes from middle school through college return to fall sports practice, Miranda Floyd of Mosaic Medical Center — Maryville joins us to discuss what to watch for and the benefits of an active summer leading into the school year.
Floyd, an orthopedic nurse practitioner, also highlighted the importance for adults to remain active and how dynamic stretching can play a factor. She also spoke on the role that moving can play for patients at risk of or dealing with osteoporosis.
