Megan Jennings of the St. Francis Foundation discusses the organization’s 50th anniversary and its upcoming Golden Gala, which supports Mosaic Medical Center–Maryville. The Foundation funds patient assistance, equipment and key initiatives guided by community health needs, with current priorities including oncology, pediatric mental health and women’s health. This year’s gala aims to raise $300,000 to help purchase a new 3D mammography machine and expand services at the Comprehensive Women’s Health Clinic, including mental health and outreach care for underserved women in the region.
