Congressman Sam Graves announces more than $9 million dollars in federal money is going towards highway improvements affecting Interstates 29 and 35 and Highway 169 in north Kansas City.
A federal grant will lead to the final design of connecting 169 to both interstates and preliminary engineering for two new interchanges on I-29...one at Highway 169 and the other at North Oak.
The congressman's news release did not indicate when construction is projected to start.
