Missouri State Fair releases attendance report

Missouri State Fair

The Missouri State Fair is declaring this year's event a success. It welcomed more than 3 hundred thousand people to the fairgrounds in Sedalia this August. That's according to State Agriculture Director Jason Moore. The annual event features livestock shows, concerts, diverse food vendors and arcade games.

This year, the Fair also saw over 28,000 total entries, including nearly 15 thousand from youth agricultural clubs across the state.

Other highlights include a 600-pound butter sculpture titled "YeeHaw."
