The "Nodaway Says No" organization, which opposes a proposed data center south of Maryville, is hosting an informational meeting Tuesday night (September 29).

Other topics includes the power plant associated with the data center and the November general election special question asking voters in White Cloud Township if they want to implement zoning regulations.
The meeting announcement says, "These are large projects, and everyone deserves an opportunity to understand what is being proposed, ask questions, and share concerns during the moratorium period."
Spokeswoman Kim Swyers says they have asked representatives to attend the meeting from the Nodaway County county commission, the Nodaway County rural water district, the city of Maryville, South Nodaway schools, and Nodaway County economic development.
Tuesday's meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. in Graham at the Graham community building.
