Anyone interested in learning more about Medicare and/or Medicaid can get information from a Medicare representative during an upcoming seminar in St. Joseph. A Medicare representative will be at St. Joseph's East Hills library the morning of Monday, August 10th. The seminar will cover Medicare basics, including parts A and B insurance, Medigap, part D drug coverage, Medicaid, and other programs to help those with limited income and resources. And the East Hills library will be closed Wednesday, August 12, through Friday, August 14, as staff reorganizes the library to create additional seating, improve the layout of the collection, and make materials easier for patrons to browse and navigate. While East Hills library is closed, all other St. Joseph library locations will remain open during their regular business hours.
