The Maryville city council at Monday's meeting (July 27) approved three street closures requests.
Two requests came from the Downtown Maryville organization. Board president Kim Mildward first brought up the upcoming move of the Saturday morning farmer's market to the new pavilion. She said closing Main Street between 4th and 5th will help the 30 vendors and 300 customers make the transition.
