The Missouri Department of Conservation is inviting residents to learn how to help pollinators thrive through a virtual program this evening titled “Less Lawn, More Life: The Pollinator Plot Twist.”

The online class, scheduled for 5 to 6 p.m. on Nov. 3, will guide participants through the essentials of fall preparation, planting, and seeding to create a landscape that attracts pollinators and birds next spring.

An MDC conservation educator will lead the session, offering tips on incorporating native blooms and transforming traditional lawns into spaces that support biodiversity.

Registration is required. More information and sign-up details can be found on the MDC website under the events tab or here.
