Gov. Mike Kehoe has appointed Frank Kruse of Smithville to the Missouri Conservation Commission.
The four-member panel oversees the budget and leadership of the Missouri Department of Conservation.
Kruse currently serves as president of Martin Hill Advisors and has a background in business administration and economics.
His appointment is pending confirmation from the Missouri Senate. The volunteer position carries a four-year term.
