The Stockyards Expressway in St Joseph is slated for a concrete repair and replacement project, beginning next Tuesday September 2nd.
The road will remain open, but there will be lane closures and traffic delays. The closures will occur between Lower Lake and Bluff View roads.
Construction is expected to last about a month, weather permitting, and the city of St. Joseph expects to spend a quarter of a million dollars on the project.
The expressway serves a high-traffic area in the city, with multiple large employers located nearby.
