Mosaic Cancer Care in Maryville will host a memorial event on Sunday, September 14 at 7 p.m. in the Healing Garden on the hospital grounds. The evening will honor those lost to cancer and celebrate their lasting impact.
Guests are invited to gather with others who have experienced similar journeys, reflect on the lives of loved ones, and participate in a meaningful bell-ringing tribute in their honor. The tranquil atmosphere of the Healing Garden provides a comforting place for remembrance, connection, and renewal.
“This event is about coming together as a community to remember those we’ve lost and to support one another,” says Andrea Sandusky-Ury, director of infusion services. “Each story shared and each bell rung is a tribute to lives the continue to inspire us.”
The event includes a bell-ringing ceremony, opportunities to share memories, and time for reflection in a peaceful setting. Light refreshments will be provided, and the event is free and open to the public.
