The 4th Annual Spirit on the Square Celebration will take place Saturday, December 5, on the Page County Courthouse lawn and at local businesses around the Clarinda square. Festivities begin at noon, with some activities starting earlier. The family-friendly event will feature arts and crafts, holiday activities, shopping opportunities, and seasonal music, with a possible visit from Santa Claus. Founded on the themes of togetherness, nostalgia, and holiday spirit, the celebration offers low- or no-cost activities for all ages and invites families to enjoy the sights and sounds of Christmas in downtown Clarinda.
