The Children’s Christmas Store will be held Wednesday, December 2, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Hiawatha First United Methodist Church, 410 Hiawatha Ave. in Hiawatha, Kansas. Children from preschool through fourth grade are invited to shop for Christmas gifts for family members, with each gift costing 50 cents. Volunteers will be available to help children keep their purchases a surprise, and Santa will be on hand for photos. A meal will also be provided for a free-will donation.
