A new service starts Tuesday (September 1) at Mosaic Medical Center in Maryville.
Patients and visitors will have access to free valet parking.
The valet service will be located in the healing garden that is south of the medical center's main entrance.
A valet attendant will get the guest's vehicle keys, cell phone number and vehicle information.
Guests will receive a text message containing a link to retrieve their vehicle when they are ready to leave.

Beginning September 1, patients and visitors at Mosaic Medical Center – Maryville will have access to free valet parking, making it easier and more convenient to access care and services at the medical center.
The service will be operated by LAZ Health CARE Services and available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding major holidays. Valet services will be located in the Healing Garden, south of the medical center’s Main Entrance.
“At Mosaic Medical Center – Maryville, we are continually looking for ways to make healthcare more convenient and welcoming for our patients and visitors,” said Dana Anderson, chief operating officer. “Whether you’re a busy parent trying to make an appointment on time, an older adult who could use a little extra assistance, or someone simply navigating a hectic day, valet parking helps remove one more barrier. We want our patients to focus on their health, not on finding a parking spot or making the walk to the building.”
Patients and visitors using the valet service can pull up to the valet podium near the Main Entrance, where a valet attendant will collect their vehicle keys, cell phone number and vehicle information. Users will receive a text message containing a vehicle retrieval link. When they are ready to leave, they can simply click the link to have their vehicle returned.
To ensure a smooth pickup process, guests will receive automated reminders before valet service closes each day. A reminder will be sent at 3 p.m. with after-hours pickup instructions, followed by a second reminder at 3:30 p.m. If a vehicle has not been retrieved by 4 p.m., valet stuff will personally contact the guest and return their keys.
The service is provided at no cost and is available exclusively for hospital patients, visitors and guests.
During operating hours, valet vehicles will be parking on the east side of the Main Entrance parking lot in the area formerly designated for caregiver parking.
The addition of free valet parking reflects Mosaic’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the patient experience by improving accessibility, convenience and service from the moment patients arrive on campus.
