The Greater Maryville Chamber of Commerce recently appointed Scott Koelliker to its board of directors.
Koelliker was appointed this summer to fill the vacant term created by the resignation of Nate Blackford. Chamber of Commerce Director Becky Albrecht says that Koelliker is joining at an eventful time.
"Scott's coming onto our board at a time when the Chamber board of directors has kind of a renewed commitment to be involved in our activities. Scott will provide us some leadership and some guidance with protocols and policies moving forward as we all work to make Maryville a better place to live, work, and play.", says Albrecht.
Koelliker is the current president at the Mosaic Medical Center-Maryville in January 2025. Albrecht says his leadership experience and his tie to a major local employer will benefit the chamber and its members.
Albrecht says, "Not only will Scott represent one of our larger employers and a key component to our community in Mosaic, he also brings experience working with Chambers and other regions and other cities. And I think with that comes some fresh ideas and he can hopefully share those with us to improve our processes."
