Two 100-yard plus rushing efforts by Northwest running backs Jay Harris and Tank Young helped lead the Bearcat football team to a 52-31 win over Washburn Saturday in Topeka.
Harris logged his ninth straight 100-yard game with 123 yards and 3 touchdowns on 24 carries and Young had his first career 100-yard game on the ground with 109 yards on 12 carries.
Northwest will travel to Northeastern State to take on the RiverHawks next Saturday at 2:00 p.m. in Tahlequah, OK.
