The MSHSAA Board of Directors approved the use of instant replay in 2025 Show-Me Bowl Games.

COLUMBIA, Mo. — Instant replay is coming to high school football's biggest games in Missouri next season.

The Missouri State High School Activities Association announced that the board of directors approved using a replay system in football's Show-Me Bowl state championship games. According to a statement from MSHSAA, replay will only be used to correct "obvious and potentially game-changing errors" and not to "re-officiate routine plays."

The 2025 football state championships for all classes will be held at Missouri Western's Spratt Stadium in St. Joseph.

The MSHSAA Board of Directors also certified the 2025 annual ballot results, which recognized high school girls flag football as an emerging sport.
