Fall sports coaches and student-athletes from Northwest Missouri State University joined KXCV-KRNW at Pizza Ranch in Maryville Tuesday for the initial Coaches Show of the year.
The Bearcat football team will kick the season off Thursday at home against Minnesota State, followed by Northwest golf on Tuesday and Wednesday in Blue Springs, MO. By Saturday, September 7, each team will be off and running.
This week's show guests include senior Jake Fisher from football, seniors Abby Brunssen and Kyah Luhring from volleyball, along with head coach Amy Woerth. New head golf coach Lathan Croy and senior Paige Hoffman make their first apperance of the fall, as well as soccer coach Marc Gordon and seniors Ashton Dain and Sydney Mueller. Cross country's representatives include coach Wick Cunningham, senior Dillon Grover and junior Amanda Seggerman. Hall of fame tennis coach Mark Rosewell and sophomore Polina Gontaryk also join the first coaches show of the season.
