The Second Saturday of the month is upon us, which means the Nodaway County Historical Society is open for coffee and conversation.
That will start tomorrow morning at 9 am with baked goods and refreshments on hand.
At 11 a special program will begin, featuring a display of the society's quilt collection. Their holdings include a variety of historic pieces from the region including wool, whole-cloth, and hand-sewn quilts. Attendees are encouraged to bring and share their own family quilts during this event.
