Northwest Missouri State routed Kansas Wesleyan 90-34 in their final tune-up before the 2024 portion of the conference schedule begins.

The Bearcats (10-2) jumped ahead in the first quarter 21-5 and never looked back.

A swarming Northwest defense finished with 17 steals and scored 30 points off turnovers.

Four players scored in double figures led by Jillian Fleming's 16 points. Laini Joseph added 15 points and nine rebounds.

Northwest faces Northeastern State Thursday in Tahlequah, OK. Game time is set for 5:30pm. Pregame begins at 5pm on KXCV 90.5 and KRNW 88.9.
