The Northwest Missouri State Bearcat men's basketball team game with Washburn went right down to the final seconds last night. The Bearcats fell behind by 11 early before going up by 12 at halftime and held on for 68-65 win.
Wes Dreamer sank two free throws with five seconds left to give Northwest the three point win. Dreamer led the Bearcats with 21 points and six rebounds.
The Bearcats are back in action Saturday afternoon when they host Emporia State in a 1:30 and 3:30 doubleheader.
