The winter sports season at Northwest Missouri State heads into the postseason for indoor track & field with the MIAA Championships slated for this weekend, and just three basketball games remain in the regular season.

Northwest senior Tiffany Hughey ran in the USATF Indoor Championships Friday in Albuquerque, and posted a personal best time in the 400m. Hughey and head coach Brandon Masters look back on the experience ahead of this week's conference meet.

Northwest basketball hosts rival Missouri Western Saturday. Isaiah Jackson from the men's basketball team and Jayna Green and Lindsey Kelderman from the women's team joins the show to highlight this week's matchup.

Bearcat tennis picked up four victories Friday with women's and men's wins over William Jewell and Metro State. Head coach Mark Rosewell, along with players Laura Prieto Sieiro and Fillippo Piranomonte, sat down with John Coffey to talk about the wins.

Last weekend was a chance for Northwest softball to rest after long road trips through Arkansas and Texas to open the season. Head coach Naomi Tellez was on the program to discuss the 5-4 start.

Bearcat baseball toured through Joplin for a trio of non-conference games, earning a victory on Saturday against the University of Mary. Head coach Darin Loe and pitcher Casey Stalzer were guests on the coaches show ahead of the team's home opener against Emporia State this weekend.
