Maddie Poppe
This year's American Idol winner Maddie Poppe will be performing in St. Joseph Saturday evening at the East Hills Fifth Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony: A Country Christmas Celebration. Poppe says winning this year's American Idol competition was a great experience. She made a lot of friends on this journey and said she was treated really well. Poppe is from the small town of Clarksville, Iowa in northeast Iowa and credits the support from her hometown for her success. She says her hometown supported her from the beginning and truly believed in her.
Poppie, along with American Idol runner up Caleb Lee Hutchinson will perform Saturday evening at six o'clock at the Fifth Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony at the East Hills Mall in St. Joseph.
