Respiratory Therapy is important and at Mosaic Medical Center, they understand that. Mosaic Medical Center Maryville have expanded the respiratory therapy team to have two therapists on the night shift, and it's already paying off.

In maternity, a baby needed the care of one of these therapists in order to be transferred. With the night shift therapists, that baby did not have to wait. Nurses there described having the therapists there as life-changing. The respiratory therapy team helps in situations in the emergency, surgical, routine medical, and maternity areas at Mosaic.
