Three day shutdown for maintenance on key ramp

A heads-up for drivers in St. Joseph today—a key ramp is now closed for maintenance work.

As of this morning, the Missouri Department of Transportation has shut down the southbound I-229 ramp to eastbound U.S. Route 36. The closure will remain in place around the clock through Wednesday.

Crews are performing maintenance in the area, and drivers will need to use an alternate route during the three-day shutdown.
