The Savannah R-3 School District has opened up registration for this year's summer school program. All students entering Kindergarten through 6th grade are eligible for the program. Incoming Kindergarteners will get an opportunity to learn school basics, from how to act in the hallways, what's recess all about and lining up for lunch. Incoming 6th graders will get the chance to explore Savannah Middle School before the upcoming school year.
This year's summer school program in the Savannah School District runs from May 27th to June 27th.
Helena and John Glenn students will attend John Glenn, Amazonia and Minnie Cline students will attend Minni Cline, and all 6th graders will be at the Savannah Middle School.
