ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The St. Joseph Public Library is offering a new service for all age demographics in the library's district. They will now be offering library-by-mail services to bring media to those who are homebound.
Community Services and Promotion Coordinator Crystal Stuck says she'll be helping residents with the process.
