GRANT CITY, Mo. - Despite the fact he's leaving the Missouri House, he already has a new role in government.

Earlier this week, Gov. Mike Parson appointed Rep. Allen Andrews as the Security Director of the Missouri Division of Employment. Since 2015, Andrews has represented the people of Missouri's first district.

Outside of that, the Grant City native is president of a manufacturing business, Andrews Family Corp., and is a member of the Northwest Missouri Enterprise Facilitation, National Federation of Independent Business, and Missouri Farm Bureau.
