Falls City Council discusses road improvements

FALLS CITY, Neb. - Residents in one Nebraska town will be getting a new street to drive on.

At it's latest meeting, the Falls City City Council got an update on how they are going to finance planned construction for 33rd St., which is scheduled for completion by the end of the year.

City Clerk Anthony Nussbaum explains that the window of construction will be tight, so the Council has made plans to get around the issue.

Nussbaum stated that total financing from the project is around $825,000, and 33rd St. will run from Bill Shock Blvd. to Lane St.
