NEBRASKA CITY, Neb. - At Nebraska City City Council's latest meeting, the creation of a equipment reserve for the 2022-23 fiscal year was discussed.
City Administrator, Louis Leone says outside of that the council discussed the creation of a plan for the utilization of COVID funds received through the American Recovery Plan Act.
Federal law attached to ARPA requires the city to identify projects by 2024, and to have the money spent by 20-26.
