NEBRASKA CITY, Neb. - One Nebraska city believes it's in a good financial position.

That news came at the latest Nebraska City city council meeting, when the council discussed it's equipment reserve, which allows the city to put money aside for big item purchases.

City Administrator Louis Leone says this past year the city had a huge surplus.

Leone adds that the equipment reserve helps take care of items over the next three to 25 years.
