JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - Several high school sophomores in our listening area will be participating in the 2022 Missouri Agribusiness Academy.
Gabriel Derks of King City, Ella Fischer of Saint Joseph and Payton Rodgers of Savannah will join 27 other sophomores around the state for a week in June in Kansas City.
The 30 high school sophomores will be exploring careers in agriculture, building leadership skills and learning more about farming, ranching and food production. For more information about the Academy, visit agriculture.mo.gov.
