Coalition looks to expand broadband access in NWMO

MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Northwest Missouri Regional Council of Governments are partnering with the University of Missouri Extension as well as economic developers to expand broadband access in northwest Missouri.

Economic Developer with the Northwest Missouri Regional Council of Governments Kim Mildward says that the benefits of quality broadband access is the current focus of the organization.

A public forum on the topic will be held on Tuesday, March 29 at 3 p.m. at the Nodaway County Administration Building in Maryville.

The forum is open to all interested people in Atchison, Gentry, Nodaway and Holt counties. For more information, you can call 660-582-51-21, extension 2.
