CRESTON, Iowa - At it's latest meeting, the Creston City Council took it's first step towards approving the city's budget through the state of Iowa.
City Administrator Mike Taylor says the city council discussed the proposed maximum tax levy rate for the 2023 fiscal year.
Taylor adds that this discussion and resolution serves as a general notification for the public when it comes to the tax levy rate.KXCV-KRNW
